Frozen Cape began with a simple idea: to create the kind of swimwear I could never find myself — colourful, distinctive and genuinely high quality.

After years of searching and almost five years of developing the idea, I decided to create it myself.

The final inspiration came under the Cape Verde sun. Crystal-clear Atlantic waters, endless beaches and vibrant tropical colours shaped the visual world of Frozen Cape — while its roots remained firmly in Finland and Scandinavia.

That contrast became the heart of the brand.

Our logo, the Frozen Hawaiian Flower, brings these two worlds together: tropical energy frozen with a Nordic touch. Even the name carries a story. “Cape” comes from Cape Nordic, the company I built with my longtime friend Pena, where for 20 years we represented and imported leading international brands.

What started with premium men’s swim shorts has grown into a colourful lifestyle and sportswear brand, today including men’s swimwear, women’s swim and activewear, and Padel & Tennis collections for both women and men.
